SKILLED NURSING
Skilled Nursing visits are ordered by your primary care provider, a medical doctor, or physician. A team of Registered Nurses will create the care plan tailored to your needs. The home visit will be completed by a Registered Nurse or a Licenced Practical Nurses to get you on the path to recovery while you remain in the comfort of your home. Services provided by a skilled nurse could be:

catheter insertion and care

tracheostomy care

G-Tube feeding and care

INRs

diabetes management

and other medical diagnosis
IV TREATMENT AND LAB DRAWS
Some clients who receive medication through an intravenous needle or catheter may be able to do the treatment at home instead of the hospital. Our agency provides a wide range of comprehensive medical services and treatments, including IV Treatment and Lab Draws . IV treatments are prescribed by your doctor if you have a condition that requires fluid or medication administration for fast recovery. As part of your routine check up with your doctor, a change of condition, or to monitor physical health, your doctor may prescribe lab work. Our professional and certified team can come to you to provide these services while you stay in the comfort of your home.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational therapy (OT) is form of a rehabilitation therapy for individuals who have physical sensory or cognitive impairments. The occupational therapist will work with individuals of all ages to regain independence in all areas of their lives, will help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs. The goal of occupational therapy is to help individuals on day-to-day tasks such as:

PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our professional and licensed Physical Therapy (OT) team will evaluate and treat abnormal physical function related to injury, disability, or other health conditions. HOME HEALTH AIDE AND PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT
Home Health Aides are trained by experienced registered nurses to provide services that assist with activities of daily living. Home Health Aides are under the supervision of a registered nurse and may assist in the following areas but are not limited to:

getting in and out of bed

EMERGENCY VISITS
We offer non-life-threatening emergency visits. Calls for an emergency visit will be evaluated by our triage nurse who will advise the client or family member whether the visit can be granted or to go to the ER. Reason for an emergency visit:
